Assistant Coaches

Reegan House is one of the most advanced and proficient skaters Coach Kim has had the pleasure to work with. Originally a student at Elite Skating, Reegan has demonstrated an aptitude to mastering the mechanics that are required for efficient and powerful edge and stride work. Now, as a coach, Reegan continues to push himself and his students to focus on developing proper skating technique, always pushing the boundaries to develop new skills.

Reegan currently plays for the Delta Ice Hawks (2020-21) of the PIJHL following a trade from the White Rock Whalers organization, who he played with for the past two seasons (2018-19 & 2019-20). His speed and hands make Reegan an undeniable presence in the offensive zone.

Michael Farren brings a fun loving energy, purposive work ethic and endless laughter to the Elite Team. Michael currently plays for the Swift Current Broncos of the WHL. Prior to the Broncos, Michael was a dominant Center on the Kelowna Rockets (WHL), the Saskatoon Blades (WHL) & the Valley West Hawks (U18 AAA). On every team Michael has been a leader on & off the ice, demonstrating his natural ability to coach.

Michael’s experience playing high level hockey, hunger to always improve his own game and passion for hockey make him a great addition that the Elite Team is thrilled to have.

Marcus Olsen of the Port Moody Panthers is an enthusiastic & dynamic defenseman. Previously, Olsen played for OHA PENTICTON U17 PREP and prior to that the Valley West Giants U16 AAA team. Marcus demonstrates a love for the game that is evident every time he is on the ice. While coaching Elite’s Edge, Power & Stride, Tykes Hockey, Specialized Hockey Development, and Learn to Skate, Marcus is eager to share his passion and knowledge of the game with all students.
